This is just one of the many ideas I'd love to implement in this new build.I've talked to a fantastic builder in the area and the build from start to finish with the lot should cost about $450-500k.

For my new wbuild, R2R put me in contact with a few of their lenders that work with this specific deal along with the builder.

You don't see many of the guys who develop raw land build and you don't see many builders starting with raw land.

I'm at the point where I'm considering terminating my contract with the builder and walking away.

Even though there were seasoned builders, investors, developers and lenders, not one panelist was able to draw from 20 years of experience specific to build to rent.

We have a few builders that we work with on new construction for SFR that once completed you have the option to rent out or sell at a retail value as a build-to-flip option.

That is not the case, because the seller or builder is paying for it in exchange of not dropping the price. 

The other thing to keep in mind with new construction is this...does the builder own the lender?
