I wound up not doing the deal.

I will preface this by saying this is 100% a self inflicted wound that in all honesty did know know was happening.

Odds are reasonable that if you try to accomplish anything in life, you're going to meet a good cross section of both.So, it's made you stronger -- you sit back for a while, lick your wounds, cry into your beer, rebuild your asset base, then get back into the fray.

If this is your family, make sure they know what  k1  is and how it effects distribution when things are cashed out and wound up. 

I wound up making 4k and paid out 12k in the "little stuff" I was going to do.

I have interviewed some PM's for a property a little further away, and one I interviewed, he wound up interviewing me.

I would pay the thousand, lick your wounds, and find a company that will serve you well in the future.

Wound up opening business checking with US Bank, there are a handful of banks that will work with the Series LLCs. 

I also manage 4 other homes on airbnb for friends.I have recently sold a few of my properties & I have around 800k that I wound like to use & get a small multifamily apartment.

I wound up delivering our 2nd son on the side of the road while on the phone with the paramedics.
