I know there are fees you paid like title, inspections and what not so minus those fees which were around $1,000.00.

So the summer has activities such as moutain biking and hiking and what not but its not too popular. we plan on reopening the business to summer activities.

It's worth giving a $1000 or $2 or some minor repairs not to deal with the hassle of relisting it and what not.
