The other issue that most didn't see is that now the STR market is 10X more competitive - if you can't market a property to its fullest : Themed/ Clean/ Location/ Instagramable.. then most will get buried in the rise in taxes and insurance.

This was basically the conclusion I had come to, but then I happened to come across a wine that has the same name/theme as my unit (Sea Glass Sunrise/Seaglass Wine) and it just got me thinking again!

My plan is to use the google form to get them to the unit viewing them explain to the me that they'll have to use the app to apply, pay, and request maintenance. 

The baseline now in Denver is having a hot tub, game room/area, house theme, high end finishes, professional photography, etc.

If they are adamant about it, then you can go on Wordpress and look up different "themes" that might work for you.

., You don't need to crazy with stuff like putting greens or themed rooms.

Maybe something Texasthemed or even Waco specific involving the university or the Silos, or aspecific theme for the house to name it after.

Perhaps a stupid question but is there a way to like parlay this into a type of themed Short term rental or vacation rental type thing?
