Otherwise, I'd say watch those areas closer to Micron understanding the barrier to entry will be significantly higher in exchange for the lower risk.

It seems like location would be especially critical with pad-split (and similar systems), but I’d love to hear your thoughts on what to watch out for in terms of zoning, safety, or demand.Also, I’ve traditionally rented out units the regular way, so I’m curious how screening tenants works for you with the pad-split (and similar) model.

It’s about staying curious and paying attention to the way Dubai is reshaping itself, both for the residents and the global community watching.

Just shop around online, look for properties similar to yours, add them to favorites and watch them to see how long it takes for them to rent.

I cannot afford another above the $16,000 which is why I told her $15,000 was the budget.I also stated to let me know of any extra charges that come up so I can watch the number.
