Also, consider joining local real estate investment groups in the Ashtabula area - even if you attend virtually.

Virtually everyone has used an electric range or oven in their life but lots of people have no experience at all with gas anything. 

We went completely distributed and virtual from the jump because I believe that's where professional services is headed in the next 10+ years.
