The cheapskate strikes again!

Two big strikes against me were 1) loaning on an MHP - many dont.  2)  small loan amount.Like you, I was in a similar scenario with bank loan + sellerr financing.  

Watching the strike team go wild slapping stop work orders like crazy. 

However, I would argue that I learned better (through personal experience) and ended up with a better business and more freedom.I recommend striking out on your own.

It strikes me that this would be a good investment.
