Is there a certain brands/operating systems that work better or are more versatile for real estate programs/websites(BP)?  

I want it to be versatile as will so that I can use it for property management, if I decide to add that to my portfolio.

I've had both entities for years.My s-corp is so much more versatile than my LLCs.

It's a very useful and versatile tool when it comes to painting projects.

Its accounting is not as good as rent manager.If you grow into more units more that 50 than you can think of rentmanager, It is much more versatile and reliable with lot more features.

. ;)Honestly, I think the main reason why real estate is so intriguing is the fact that it is so versatile. 

It also typically allows for the conversion from warehouse to manufacturing fairly easy which further increases the versatility of the property.

With furnished units the design is key - and if you've done a good job of keeping your "permanent" elements versatile and as timeless as possible, then you can change out the decor here and there to suit.

Hi @Chris T.Since I am in the construction industries and personally know a lot of foremen from different trades or very versatile foreman, that is where I go first since I know that they do quality work for the company I am working for.
