hi, stick to the lease. it’s his responsibility, he sounds upset because you raised the rent (if he doesn’t like it, he’s welcome to vacate) 

Recently the thermostat was showing 90 degrees for couple of days and tenant was very upset about it (understandably) and informed me about the excessive heat in the unit.

If they are able to bring down the promoter, they obtain a list of their customers and then go after every single customer, with their victory already pocketed.

Not trying to upset anyone in the slightest! 

If you bought it at the upset sale (usually in the spring) all the liens come with it.

Being upset by it doesn't change the situation.

You can see just within this stream that there are upset investors with this group and some misunderstandings about how distributions are even made.
