It's made me a fountain of surreal stories, but as this one unfolded, all I could do was recognize that I had been pulled into Crazyland again and just try to keep it together.

So my successes will be stories in REI that will unfold right here as they happen over the next several years.

remember the 100+ year old part... its a bit musty, but we can fix that)My goal is to hang up the corporate gig in 24 months (and yes, I said that 12 months ago)... now getting some more doors in the portfolio will actually allow that plan to unfold.

Anything beyond that is usually entertainment and heavily edited to fit in a nice 30 or 60 minute viewing slot and has a producer setting up/staging the "drama" that we see unfold during the show.

I bought one of those swiss army knife looking key holders but it isn't great because the keys tend to come unfolded from the case on their own. 

I'd sit back and wait til closer to years end and see how things unfold over the next 6 months or so..  

,I may be wrong but ...If you received a contract signed by the seller which you then had your agent revise before you signed it, then the act of making revisions nullifies the seller's signature and the seller would need to sign the revised contract.If that is how the series of events unfolded, I would think you never had a valid contract signed by both the seller and the buyer. 

Then they started unfolding this great big heavy duty plastic bag. 

Then if X or Y happens, I've thought through the matter ahead of time rather than trying to figure it out as the crisis unfolds.

There can be a huge chain of events that unfold when rehab costs are not understood from the beginning.
