It still makes me uneasy but I see what you are saying. 

Their lease does not allow smoking inside (I'll add a clause about smoking outside next time), so technically they aren't in breach of the lease, although I get an uneasy feeling knowing he is a smoker and the fact he lied on his application. 

It is considered "self-employment", so the 2 years is a must;  this will make some lenders uneasy, where as others will be perfectly fine with it-I am assuming you are a physician as such - you should have local banks that have "private banking" - aka dedicated service for folks in certain fields (physicians, dentists, JDs, CPAs, business execs, etc).

At this point, I feel VERY uneasy forking over $58 grand cash to these guys.Anyone has actually done any business with them ??

I understand about wanting to "win" the property, but it makes me very uneasy for you to waive the Inspection, Appraisal, Title and Financing contingencies (especially the Inspection and Appraisal).Ok, I just checked your profile...it looks like you are a real estate agent.  

I think I'd feel uneasy about teaming up, but thought I'd see if anyone might have done this. 

When I think about leaving my family & friends behind, I get this feeling of uneasiness in the pit of my stomach.

He's shown me a picture of his account, his face + ID, and even a video of him in frame stating his name.I just feel uneasy because the deal sounds way too good to be true.
