Has anyone got any new information about her trial that I last read from the old thread?

I will definitely do a trial of the app to see if it fits my needs. 

I suspect discovery is over trial was set  verdict was rendered and monies have been frozen. well maybe not :) maybe saber rattler letters were sent  maybe the first ones who are really upset and their lawyers determined that there was grounds to sue have maybe filed by now..

Plus, you can take a risk-free trial to decide for yourself if we’re the real deal.

But if the market for large STRs is thin, the basement might not add substantial value.Selling: Selling could free up cash for other investments with better returns, especially if you’re uncomfortable with the low ROI and management required for STR.It’s a tough call, but if STR potential is there, it might be worth a trial period to see actual cash flow before committing fully to the basement investment.

I still go to court because at a trial, someone needs to testify on the landlord side, and an attorney cannot do that.
