You can only use a handyman for jobs under $500 as I recall....which will exclude tile, drywall, insulation, paint and well pretty much everything.... 

But there's been a HUGE shift in the past few month with a continuous pattern of increasing challenges.

This isn't a foolish line in the sand that I'm drawing, I'm dealing with a pattern of unfulfilled promises, unresponsiveness, and delays without even an attempt at explanation that put me in the position of having to act as if nothing being said is real.

Same fact pattern but its your tenant who slips and falls instead..... what prevents the tenant from naming the property owner as a defendant in the lawsuit?

I make sure they're well insulated, have replacement windows, spend more on nice flooring that looks great (plank style / wood-look porcelain tile, hardwood or click-together LVT planks, not peel-and-stick squares).
