YesI’ve had a terrible experience with them.

too bad she lied, she may have been a good tenant. hard to tell these days, sometimes you get clean background checks but the truth is they just were never caught before and are terrible tenants, some bg's come back with history and their the most punctual and quiet tenants possible. you just never know these days. judging a book by it's cover sucks but we gotta do it.

So I don't but if I did I wouldn't come away thinking it was a terrible investment, I would say it needs more time in the oven before I should even ask that question.My feeling from reading your description is it's a similar situation you're in.

Especially their Texas properties in falls forthworth area is under terrible management.
