My son and I were in South Cape Coral yesterday checking on clients and there was widespread tree damage, power poles down, street signs and traffic signs down, business signage destroyed, fences and gutter downspouts down, numerous pool enclosures destroyed or with torn and missing screens, roof shingle, tree and other debris was strewn everywhere. 

I have a high-end custom remodeling background and most of my construction career I'm custom to tiling the shower/tub enclosure and walls. 

You will need a permit, but some cities allow for a simple "desktop" review for small projects like patio cover enclosures.

I can do this.......Two years later and I'm gutting the enclosure.
