I have made several post about using partners and not banks to buy real estate, most disagree with not using leverage but every 10-20 years there is a correction and those who are heavily leveraged will get no sympathy from banks.  

When forcible detainer cases are heard in markets like mine where the 'care act' provided sufficient funds to cover rent for a number of months, I will be very surprised if these cases receive a lot of sympathy from court.

In writing, I would thank her for being proactive and reaching out to you, while also giving her your best "hope your health is getting better" sympathy.

I gained a lot of favor (and sympathy) with our local inspectors by showing up week after week at the city permit offices asking questions, redoing forms, and hacking through the process. 

I have very little sympathy since they chose to enter into an agreement and live with a ****** roommate, which is completely their fault, but I want to be a reasonable human. 

I don't apologize or play the sympathy card.

I don't have much sympathy for people that don't let you know ahead of time.

I rather doubt you will find much sympathy for Frank on this thread.

You'd get sympathy for the squatter in many parts of CA.

If my dad died in Spring Hill. would I get a sympathy card from you?
