One is a house on Julia Dr that clearly hasn't been occupied in a while, IS overgrown and getting swallowed up by its own yard, IS NOT on the market, and IS  completely surrounded by well maintained houses and lawns.

Less money going out the door at one time is a bit easier to swallow so I don't mind.
