There are mortgage recast calculators online or you can reach out to your lender.P+I payment will go from 2155 to ~1800 given the numbers you provided.

Since the last time I was online, I have grown the investing to fix and flipping and a portfolio of 4 properties that are producing passive income.  

Attend seminars, join online forums, and read up on the latest market trends to stay informed.Remember, real estate investing is not without its challenges.

It will be easy for you to check if they paid on time, as you can check instantly online.  

I have never heard of this metric and don't see any information on it online.
