By definition, EB5 is “created by Congress in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors.

We'll see if Seattle has something up it's sleeves for me :)My longer term goals are to hit 1MM+ in assets by 30 (exactly 4 years and 359 days from today), and to be able to eventually help stimulate Polish economy through investment in educational infrastructure.

We see a drop from 04 into 05 & 06 as some exotic zero down products were hitting the market, and a dip again in 09 as the government did all they could to stimulate the market.  

Like minded people who are more stimulated by an investing conversation than an IV of expresso.Let the party begin.

No cap and trade, no more fake stimulous bills, no bribes for the health care.

Some lenders may seek to attract investors / stimulate growth by offering 0 seasoning requirement - especially to experienced and efficient borrowers. 

But it's also well deserved because it's one of the most challenging, stressful, time-consuming and intellectually stimulating areas of real estate.

So, if you can find that happiness already along the way, then you only need to make enough money to pay for your needs, because you're already ahead of those who are still doing things to get money.Basically, I might have a short attention span and have to constantly find new ways to stimulate my brain - lol.
