Your response may turn off a number of guests who were thinking of booking.We've all had guests whose unrealistic expectations were not met and could never have been met.

Currently it’s slow season and it’s even slower than usual from what I understand.We are thinking about how to build demand through targeted marketing strategies.

But you are putting your other tenants in danger by not managing YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.  

If you’re leading it to a company be sure to have in your lease explicit information about who is responsible for what in terms of maintenance.

You’ve received some great responses full of valuable information, but I believe you may be missing the BEST market.  

Your tenants should have this responsibility.

After sending out thousands and not getting responses, or at least not good ones, I stopped trying this marketing method.

Most of these folks don't want to lose their voucher.Additional issue, when rent is too high, it slows down leasing. 

Possibly already permitted outbuildings that already have plumbing such as workshops, offices, etc might be able to be converted to an ADU at a cost that does not result in the cost being more than the value added.Building an ADU is a lot of work and can be a slow process.
