If its short term lower occupancy go for a smaller machine if it is larger occupancy you want a big machine.

I get it it happens to guys like Morris who is a marketing machine not a turnkey provider.. but usually in the space once the marketing after maybe 5 or 10 deals realizes this they cut them off..

Hearing from many testimonials by talking to real Padsplit owners in person, it seems to be a true cashflow machine coming from a single family residence.

Can I risk building a home at the slot and sell it which will be faster than selling a lot?
