I too am a night owl, but exhausted by the end of the day because i never get enough sleep. I

Sleepy little towns can move very slowly at times.

After your friend/friends has/have gone through the fridge and eaten her food and gone through her personal effects a few times times and listened to loud music while was trying to sleep, I think she would probably want to leave.

It's like a sleepy little beach town without a lot of tourists or hotels. 

It is becoming apparent that this growth was simply the first spins in a flywheel that has the potential to propel Tucson from a sleepy old-western town into a thriving economic center. 

Over that last 5 years I have been living all over lower Westchester to get a good feel for different neighborhoods including downtown New rochelle, Tuckahoe (Eastchester), Briarcliff (very close to Sleepy Hollow and Ossining), even the Bronx on City Island.

I felt very sleepy a lot of times in class and had to fight off falling asleep - even more than from the usual boring class.  

And it is a sleepy little town that I don't expect to be great for AirBnBs or even a house rental, so I am crossing my fingers that competing bidders will be in the low single digits.
