I'm in the process of finalizing my website (obviously this needs to be strong as it will be my landing site for other marketing initiatives.I do plan on keeping my 9-5, so I am looking to use Google PPC and Facebook retargeting ads to build the majority my pipeline, using nights and weekends for follow-up and some limited cold calling.

Property needed some TLC as it had some termite damage and active infestation at time of move in, got quotes from contractors to replace some studs but all quotes came in too high so ended up doing most of the work on the home myself which meant the home sat vacant until January 2025 at which point i placed on rental sites but still waiting for vacancy to be filled.

Demoed the house, will be building a new house on site.

Our construction site will just have basic utilities turned on and no wifi.

My original purpose for joining the site was to understand why investors often get into trouble with their investments. 

This site will be for 3 properties to begin with.

I attend some of these events myself in CLE, and I usually find them on that site. 

Not a ton of active Canadians but there is a decent amount of Albertans on this site.

That is quite unfortunate, it seems the calculator section would be the best mobile feature, access to the tools right on site of a project...
