And you have the ability to silence numbers that call that are not contacts.And do people still check voicemail? 

I was met with silence, indifference, fake sympathy, humoring, etc.

some are broken and used to appeasement. you can break that routine with one powerful word followed by silence. 

Typical radio silence treatment that has become all too common with the times.  

Last week... there was a nude photo in a house right out in the open on the living room shelf for all to see ... as we toured around,  total silence, no one mentioned it, no one commented on it.

Also, sometimes I drive around in pure silence.

This is why most entrepreneurs move in silence and don’t talk much about their ventures.

I said "oh yeah, explain the rehab and rental #s to me".... silence. 

Also, our followups to showings where people seem to be interested is fairly short: we answer their questions right away and in detail, then there's silence and when we ask our agent for a status update, she either says they are no longer interested or that they are still thinking.

Better safe than sorry when you don’t know what you may be up against and the people who have an idea are being silenced.
