I have similar problems with our plumbing and construction customers where customers negotiate, agree to a deal and then try to change the deal so they for something selfish that benefits them and with no concern or regards for your welfare. 

We (landlords) serve as investors to benefit for our own selfish gains but have to balance that with the role as a public service provider, housing the community.

This is my first post here and I'm selfishly looking for advice.

Soo I hope this will help anyone who is thinking of doing it.BUT this is also selfishly so that I can get advice and feedback from anyone who looks at my numbers and may see something they think I need to adjust/fix or just plain out missed.

These are true deadbeats and I hope once they get their head out of the sand find themselves in a rough situation for their selfishness. 

Renting to the brainwashed and damaged is part of this life, renting to the patently selfish and stupid is a step too much for me.

I also selfishly want use of the indoor aerial space for my own leisure and training.

Selfishly, I don't like this idea because finding and getting this deal was a lot of work and it feels like giving too much away to bring a partner in now.
