Bought a house, bought 2 more, bought another, had 3 renos going at once by January(I couldn't believe that's possible) sold those while acquiring another 6, had 6 renos going at once by March ( made 3 seem like a cake walk), wholesaled one, flipped the other 5, and bought another 7, including a sweet old bed and breakfast on 4 acres near the beach (That one is for fun and hopefully a good air bnb).

Wow, people used to bring over a cake or pie back in the day.

It was a cake walk when I presented the pictures.

Same with door knocking - I’m not sure when the change happened but life went from grandma always having a cake in her fridge for unexpected guests to hearing a knock at the door and contemplating if they will see me trying to hide behind the couch.If it is one thing I’ve learned in the last 3 years - 9 times out of 10, my clients will know about a new home before I do.

I won't tell you that it's a cake walk, especially if you don't have experience in property management, but if you have the time and willingness to do it, it will definitely be a valuable experience in your REI career.
