Data science is no good without review by a subject matter expert, such as a local like yourself!

I don't watch a lot of fiction but happened to see that one.It seems this is straightforward and checker not chess. 

And SOMETIMES it's more of an art than a science and becomes less about comps and more about what it's worth to you, do the numbers make sense, and will it appraise.
