Does his 15 days to retrieve property include weekend days?

In judicial foreclosure states it can take 2 or more years to retrieve a property in which you are not receiving payments.

Hello everyone,I have about 5k LLC's that I need to get skip traced and I'm needing to retrieve the members who created each one.

Or would I still have to go through the same venues to retrieve it as I do with TD Ameritrade or PNC etc...?

I have all the intention to pay back the cash and retrieve my property again.

@ahmed sublaban Hi Ahmed, since you should have access to the local MLS, you should be able to click on the APN number if the party is active to retrieve the owners mailing address from the tax records.   

We ended up rehabbing it because we were going to live there for a few years, new floors, bathroom, vanities, lights, paint, cabinets, appliances, everything, (cost 26k)...... long story short we bought a larger home for our family of twins and two golden retrievers.

So you could bill tenants at $6.24 per unit.The other crummy way the County bills for water:  there is no online portal for bill retrieval and if you lose a bill you must contact the city to request a water billing history. 

Coat will be around $1500 to attempt to retrieve $4300.
