It has been used as a retreat, recovery center and Bed n Breakfast.Now it is time to sell.

My wife is at a yoga retreat in Bali and wondered why she would be getting a call like this! 

All that said, I think the Tim Ferriss podcast was a miss.I listened about halfway through and was trying to wrap my head around what he was saying about his "10 day retreat of silence", psychedelics, deep dark places, needing a Psych PhD to keep him on the rails, questioning his own sanity and all that.   

They can keep it as an executive retreat.

Condo associations add to the issues and expenses.It's great to have your own place to retreat to whenever you want - I'm at one of mine right now - but you really don't want to be the cheapest thing out there.  

Bay properties typically stagnate but do not retreat very far. 

They would be happy with a large garage/workshop plus a secluded den or office to carry on with business or to retreat to the solitude of a “cave.”

That's not the time to retreat to your office and get out the TI BAAII (BTW, a basic 4 function calculator is sufficient).

I'm relatively comfortable with the condition of the plumbing, electrical and hvac systems since I've had my fingers or checkbook in all of them within the time I've lived in the house.Just for info, I decided to "retreat" from the other purchase and see how things settle out for a while.

My dream is to open my own ranch for family reunions and corporate retreats or seminars.
