I am pretty sure they're going to blow thru their deposit and the costs will easily exceed the deposit because they have already used  it up on other things such as carpet cleaning, fixing some blinds, reprogramming the locks, etc. 

The new dealer might be able to bring system to default settings - not likely but maybe.Otherwise, dealer will need to replace motherboard, keypads/consoles and reprogram system.

It might take some reprogramming on certain people’s thoughts and lives but something which could deem valuable.

I'm thinking worst case scenario with faulty sensors, people being dumb, etc. where the landlord would end up being liable.Aside from that, my other minor concerns are around tenants programming new remotes, moving out and then still being able to access the house.I've never installed nor lived in a house with a garage door opener so they may be easy to reprogram once people move out.

Every time 1 of the sites changes its format even slightly, the tool breaks and has to be reprogrammed.

Schlage makes a couple very good locks that can store multiple opening codes and are easily re-programed, kinda spendy but well worth it.Congrats on the 4plex!
