Economy of scale can certainly be realized if you're building with a lot of repetition.

Finally, my job gives me access to repetition.

I feel like after reading a couple of books the overarching mentality, techniques and methods on real estate investing would become repetitive but i also want to do my due diligence and get smart before rushing and failing at my first real estate investment.

I was thinking that I"d do it 3-4x every 2 weeks as I"ve been told that repetition is key in marketing.

The principles are solid so far, and the purpose of the 10 months to read it is because it takes repetition to form habits, and this book is all about developing GOOD habits!
