I imagine cost of labor might be a little bit cheaper in Idaho compared to Connecticut as we ended up paying 10k for gas furnace and 5k for AC with 10 yr warranty for Lennox product.  

Everytime i engage in a product its more unexpected money being required and I just do not like that.Good information.

What I did get, was on a marketing email list that sells their other virtual products.

Hi Dean - we had access to a DSCR product until a couple weeks ago - it's currently paused, per my conversation with one of the loan brokers I work with. 

I would get more details on the numbers and go through it with an experienced investor. 23% expense ratio is laughable for any apartment building, let alone an old class c product.

You'll need to meet requirements like parking and setbacks and might encounter additional hurdles in environmentally sensitive or historic areas.

However, I noticed that as a Costco member, they also offer HVAC services, including the same product line (Lennox), along with a 10% Costco Shop Card if you go through them.Has anyone here used Costco for their HVAC needs?
