Funny thing is she is the President of our local Board of REALTORS. 

Much to do about nothing as President Biden is now a lame duck, and nothing new is going to happen for the rest of his term.

We have been NARPM members for over 15 years including being board members for 7 years including president in 2018.  

I called and asked if it was possible for me to speak to the board and she said no but the president of the bank was willing to meet with me.

Since when does the president control interest rates?

I could be completely wrong though....Keep in mind that in the past 100 years not 1 sitting president has EVER been re-elected during a recession / economic hardship created under there watch.

Our current president is supposedly floating a policy idea of rent control to no more than 5% annually. 

Oh, and the rogue syndicator who took advantage of us all was a darling of theirs (LU's) only a year before he "broke bad", and had subscribers from some of the long-time, experienced passive investors in the group, including a mentor or two and the executive vice president, herself!
