In the Phoenix area we used to have groups that would scam solo Realtors at open houses by having one pre-occupy the Realtor while the others took any valuables in the house including the Realtor's Laptop they left in the kitchen.  

@Mark Hardin I haven't looked at any numbers in the last few months as I've been preoccupied with out of state.

Been preoccupied with some things, but trying to do research here and there when I can. 

I have been preoccupied and extremely motivated with my First duplex live in flip or BRRRR, not sure yet.

I believe at this point in time, I am too preoccupied to do any BRRRR investments.
