Then, I either have to complete the task or postpone it.I have another page set up to keep track of payments from the different entities so when it comes time to update QB, it's easy.

Also, if you're really determined to post-pone your taxes, go with DST option but chose the one that allows you to sell it in a few years (into yet another 1031 exchange).

@Richard Licon some additional nuances to consider: Only track notices, or all foreclosure-related activity as well, such as Opening Bids, Postponements, Cancellations, Winning Bids, New REOs, etc.?

The law allows courts to postpone for up to three months and sometimes longer at the judge's discretion, some evictions for nonpayment of rent.The law does not prohibit evictions, and the tenant is still responsible for the rent they owe, but the landlord is required to inform the court of the tenant’s active duty status.

Out of a thousand cases i've only seen a few past the 8-9 year mark so it's on the longer side for sure especially since they apparently haven't been taking any direct action to try to delay or postpone the foreclosure.
