That doesn't bother me, as I am playing the long game.I could easily sell the rest right now and make a handsome profit, but then my income is gone and I have to replace it.

However, I feel like the revenue has been great even though we bought it “for them” it could be a great long term play by keeping it and having them live elsewhere.  

I even purchased his cash flow board game to play with my family.
