But I'd like to see Lynnette's projects to support your claim "the portfolio was a 30% increase in cost to the consumers" since in TN, NC, VA, NC PPAs are priced at avoided costs. 

If you present the listing well, put it on multiple platforms and are asking a reasonable rent you will get plenty of interest and applications quickly. 

Online platforms like Zillow, PropStream, and Auction.com are worth exploring, and don’t forget to check out local real estate groups for deals and partnerships.Since you’re in Racine, the Rental Property Association of Wisconsin and Milwaukee REIA are great resources for networking, finding contractors, and learning about funding opportunities.

Platforms like Angi or a quick Google search can also help you find reliable options.

I found the setup and management process on Booking.com to be horrendous, not intuitive, time-consuming, fees are expensive, I had to manually process credit cards, and only got a few bookings for my trouble.
