Never buy a property without putting your eyes on it, if you are spending htat much money get on a plane or in the car and view the property yourself.

Currently i am remodeling my investing propery to hold and rent, I am planing to start with BRRRR method. 

Gutted houses are great because its alot like new construction, except for stud planing!

I have considered getting a plane.  

I opted to give them more time and offer cash, and called/messaged them for several days, but got no answers/replies until the Sheriff was at their door.Long story short, I ended up on a plane a couple days later and met the previous owners..

Looking to purchase a 3rd home (2nd vacation home but planing to also use it as our 1st STR also).  

I find it unlikely that one could build a house out of a shipping container cheaper than one could build a stick framed house. your correct Jim you cant.. my partner in my plane has company out here that builds them and its a labor of love for him ( read into that he has the money). they cost more and are more complicated.

For the rest of the investors I strongly advise setting up 15 to look at and getting on a plane and flying in for 2-3 days to see them all.
