I personally own 2 rentals in Indiana.

Buy a few things on credit that you would just usually pay cash for.I personally would not rush into a Heloc or such.

The one thing it had going for it was actually talking to a person but it’s also costly and takes time to hire and train a team, only for many calls to go nowhere.Lately, as an investor I’ve been using an AI that’s been way more effective than I expected.

I normally advise that people start a business as a sole propeitor in their first year.If it is successful and something you want to continue, then have a conversation regarding entities.

Shame on those here recommending it.Similarly, don’t even consider borrowing against your personal residence—even if you could qualify.

I was looking into unsecured personal loans but they only cover about 50-100k for 1 year duration.  

@Jorge Liang Closing the loan under your personal name saves about $1,200 in lender points, but transferring the title to an LLC later comes with costs and risks.
