What do you bring to the table that would make an investor-partner work with you? 

I do not have/use a checklist for what I consider the easier things - like couch, dining table, rugs, mattresses, linens, etc. 

My thought is to take a compiled list of property addresses saved in Excel and then run data scrape from Zillow and Redfin on each of those addresses, pulling the property details back into excel and into the appropriate table I have set up. 

All you have to do is contact the person and close the deal.

The people who actually have an incentive to ensure you make it to the closing table are all telling you 5% down conventional, maybe there's a reason for it.

Looking to hire a professional to help with my taxes this year, i've always done them myself but fear I'm leaving money on the table.

They don't care you have money on the table. 

As I mentioned we have looked but with house prices rising constantly with outbidding making it worse we have had to table the idea until now.
