It is DSCR based and no personal tax returns are required to qualify.

If you set the vision and then define the roles and responsibilities I think you can have an easier time finding the person you are looking for.

If the person stops making payments, they alas,  have to foreclose.

They obtain and manage capital, whether it’s private equity/debt, bank financing or personal capital.

Or am I totally off, and the seller has to perform the conversion before I can make an offer?
