I have a HELOC open on my primary residence to fund any renovations.

Looking for thoughts on a strategy to help VRBO not get immediately buried by Airbnb and be permanently assigned to an “also ran” capacity.

For context, I have that policy due to my own religious restrictions as I'm not allowed to have any alcohol at my place of residence.

I guess I could do some work-arounds -- maybe reserve one unit in the first purchase for use as an AirBnb, and reserve my own time in it when needed - instead of claiming it as a primary.Are either of you (or anyone) familiar with a finance product/loan that will allow me to purchase under $150,000 (w/ strong credit) and do much of my own work and live-in a portion as a primary residence?

Both of these allow you to low down payment loans to buy a primary residence with fixed interest rates.

If you have an LLC operating in another state but you reside in CA they make you REGISTER that LLC as a foreign LLC doing business in California.
