But borrowers die, they become incapacitated and others may end up standing in their place to wind up business, so from the lending side, it would not be wise, IMO, to simply have a usurus note.State law should be investigated with peripheral laws as well, references to usury within any state may include tax law, commerce and other secured lending requirements where they may become applicable.

If you're worried about appreciation I would be very picky about buying in proximity to something that make it a desired location, and I would not buy in a peripheral market where new construction is essentially only limited by the cost of construction.

To my understanding, in previous years Section 179 only applied to 5 YR and 7 YR Personal Property; which includes vehicles, computers, peripheral equipment for 5 YR and furniture & fixtures, machinery, and equipment for 7 YR.
