I love light color palettes, and I see lots of white and light greys here.

We fell for the "free" a couple of times, but have always returned to Beautitone (Canadian brand through Home Hardware) as the best quality for the dollar.Regardless of the brand on which you settle, if you are a landlord then you get the most benefit on standardizing your palette across your portfolio  (the exception if you are doing high-end, executive-style rentals).  

A neutral palette will create an environment where a buyer can envision how he/she can put his/her personal stamp on the property.

You have to check out all the sample palettes people put on pinterest - Greige (grey beige) is a warmer approach and popular. 

Interior is being done in the gray palette as that's what hot here. 

But if you don't have much time to do it yourself or money to hire someone, the best option is to keep your personal taste out of it and go with a neutral palette.

In the overwhelming majority of our properties we utilize the same color palette and also use a high quality paint in flat finish which allows for very easy touch up with no "flashing" as would be experienced when touching up any paint with a sheen (satin, eggshell, etc.).

Be careful who’s advice you take :) you have a great palette to work with there.
