Christmas Gifts For Tenants

Sure, the window displays are switched from spooks to sleigh bells, passing right over sweet potatoes, squash, and stuffing; but I saw electric candles twinkling in house windows, low-voltage icicles on the eaves, and big inflatable Santa’s flopping around in leaf-strewn front yards, as if lamenting the lack of snow--all before the ink on the Thanksgiving shopping-list was even dry.

Finally closing a deal

my dad just had a new well drilled for about 1,000. he only uses it for lawn irrigation as he gets county water for other purposes.not sure how deep they had to go (it's florida so water isnt too deep). as far as filtration systems, the water quality is pretty rough here in my neck of the woods. i have a sofener for my everyday water (showering, etc) and a RO (reverse osmosis) for potability. i'm a bit of a water conniseur. that's what i drink 99% of the time.i'd suggest ensuring a decent water system as bad water can really harm plumbing/piping.Good luck on tues!!!!

The cash flow it produces is great, but it feels like a game of hot potato - you don't want to be the person who owns the house if/when it floods.

Wholesale Real E Agents

You can't represent a seller here because it's a bank and they have an agent already. You can buy yourself for sure if your price is highest and best but you'll need a lot of things done before you can all it.If you're an agent you can represent a buyer. However, in today's market, REOs flying like hot potatoes - everything distressed going to the higher than asking price.Bottom line: it's too late to wholesale when it's already foreclosures, the owner of the house get it lost.

Should I start my real estate journey with my dad? Or solo

The only reason a partnership with him would work is because we live 1.5 hours from one another, he still works, and because (while I’m still small potatoes) he’s seen me put deals together and make money so he would see me as something of a subject matter expert.
