One thing I will say there is a shortage of is properties that accept a pet (single pet, ie 1 dog)You will see a lot of manufactured housing on this corridor, but there are some older homes needing updates since the parent or grandparent had just passed (just toured a great one that sold for $219k in a week (cash) that was massive but my buyer was afraid of the work & it was easy fix and flip)As I mentioned below, I'm very curious to your style-what makes the right deal for you?

Open reviews on land investing programs

Rather than tearing down everyone, I’d rather focus on how different teaching styles and strategies might suit different investors' needs. When someone consistently promotes one product while criticizing others they haven't tried, it undermines the trust and authenticity that makes this forum valuable.I'm not trying to create conflict here, but as someone who has learned a lot from different educators in the land investing space, it is concerning when I see someone posting carefully disguised spam and trying to make it look like an unbiased review.

Looking to house hack / move to Minneapolis/St. Paul. Help?
7 December 2024 | 9 replies
My main concern about actual house hacking for a few years in a row is that we don't want the kiddos to have to change schools once we relocate up there.I'm thinking about getting an appreciation-oriented duplex/triplex in a pricier market with good schools that we could stay in for several years, and saving for an actual cashflow property that'd we buy as an investment property instead of a house hack.
