Good afternoon, I would like to see if anyone has some great advice on daily routines, habits, organizational structure, etc.

It may also require certain language in the organizational documents, so it really takes an attorney who specializes in these types of structures, so it may be easier to just make it a single member LLC.Now every State is different, but in most cases as long as it is a "bonafide" business interest, there is usually not significantly more protection with a multi member LLC over a single member.Hope this helps, good luck!

I think the massive cost savings and organizational efficiency of the series LLC make it well worth the slight risk that any of these bad things will happen.

My planning and organizational skills are top-notch and I feel very well prepared to purchase a property.I have a partner who currently works in the fix-n-flip industry for a real estate firm here, and he completes all aspects of repair and renovation on a daily basis.

I see the need to be more modern with my organizational skills, but will always have the good ol trusty pen and paper handy! 

The person must possess the following: relevant real estate experience, empathy,  organizational skills, and integrity.

It is not uncommon for organizationally challenged owners to to miss one or more payments on a variety of accounts; or move without proper notification to various accounts, etc. which would leave the PM in a perilous situation if unaware the policy has been cancelled.
