I don't think the estate was being decietful, but their dearly departed originally di have 8 acres but sold off parts along the way resulting in a net of 1.8 acres.

Instead, try reaching out to regional insurance adjusters or property claims departments directly.

It's still so new but regardless, every building department in every city is completely incompetent in their timing for permits. 

You will need to submit a detailed permit application to the Chicago Department of Building.
