Definitely online via property management software!

In online forums, the danger I've experienced is the "national" effect. 

It’s online only but purpose built for business owners and they have automation for those applying the Profit First cash management system.

I still get junk leads but that is to be expected on just about every online lead platform.

I've been running the numbers on different properties using a variety of online calculators for properties that I initially thought looked like there may be potential.

There are also many online calculators you can use if you do a search for them.

Casino does not reimburse when a person looses.

However, aside from that, I couldn’t find much information about them, and the only online presence seems to be the wife’s LinkedIn profile (though I’ve never met her in person and am just going off her profile picture on Zillow).After submitting the application through Zillow, we attached our income (two months of pay stubs for each of us from our current jobs), work references, credit and criminal background, rental history, and the contact info for our current landlord (who just so happens to be my fiancé’s father).

Was it via docusign or some other online signing platform? 

Every PM operates differently, and at the end of the day, there is tons of information you can navigate on your own in the beginning stages online, but surely there will be PM's that would be more than happy to assist you on journey.
