These guys did this for over 20 years .. it was determined that they actually made less than 12 loans in the whole time bringing in Millions of dollars 10k at a time to small of an amount to sue over..

I wouldn't spend 2k on it or anything.Yeah I have one particular house where everyone who books it constantly says how pleasantly surprised they are at how nice it is and that it looks so much nicer in person than the photos.

I also heard a guy named “ Donnie” who has been recommended to me .. the only issue is he dosent pay his owners until the end of the month .Is this the norm for Columbus property managers , or am I missing something? 

Nice, so your rent is probably in the $1,800 range if it's in Bham or $1,500 somewhere else in AL.

There are some nice pockets in both Chandler and Gilbert that do well as short term rentals.
